The Proprietor of PA Capital School in Abesim in the Brong Ahafo Region, Peprah Agyemang fell dead upon witnessing fire consume his 10 classroom block.
Adom FM’s Brong Ahafo Regional correspondent, Mensah Abrampah reported that a two year old boy who was also a pupil in the school also died from the fire outbreak.
According to him, sparkles of fire from a nearby cemetery fell into a classroom and consumed the school block after fire service officers failed to put it out entirely.
The fire outbreak, he said led to a stampede in the school leading to the suffocation of the two year old boy.
The proprietor who could not stand the sight of seeing his school being consumed by wild fire complained of heart attack and gave up the ghost upon arrival at the hospital.
